Season has officially opened for walleye this morning and there’s a couple of boats out trying to catch some fish for dinner. It’s a cool, cloudy, windy morning but the sun is trying it’s best to shine and warm things up. I’m hoping to be able to get out later this afternoon to catch our dinner.
After some portages, Don will be heading back to Mount and Sandbeach as there’s still more work to be done at both places. Alex is going to check minnows and bear baits and Allison will be here to lend a hand as well.
