Don’s brother Mike sent us this picture of his apple tree that has two hornets nest in it, they’ve built the nest amongst the apples. Mike says he’s only be stung a few times. I’m sure he’ll be stung more once he begins to pick the apples.
It’s a pretty morning, 16C and fog covers the lake. While we were having coffee on the deck we heard some thunder but there’s no rain. Don has some portages this morning then he’ll take the garbage to town and pick up some hay. The rest of us will go fishing today.
