This little guy was enjoying an evening of fine dining at our bird feeder last night. We shone a light onto the feeder to get a better look and discovered it was a flying squirrel. I snuck out onto the deck to get a picture of him, he stayed for a while and then he must of spotted me because the ran off.

Once again it’s another colder morning at minus 14C. Allison, Jason and Don are planning on going to Pettit to see if the ice has thicken up as we’d sure like to try to catch a trout New Year’s Day.
