Happy Birthday Canada! We’re 158 years young.

We honour the vast beauty of this land. We acknowledge that we walk on ground shaped by time, nature and the First Peoples who have stewarded the land for generations.

Although we won’t have fireworks, we will reflect on the freedoms we enjoy, the diversity and kindness that defines us. We will continue to build a country that is strong and free.
