Today’s message – “Stay off the ice!”

Yesterday, Don took a short, quick ride on the lake along the shore line and just to our bay. There’s 2 inches of bad ice, 2 inches of slush ice, 2 inches of ice mixed with snow and then snow on top of that. A lot of slush has appeared with the mild temperatures so the lake is definitely not safe.

We saw another wolf cross the lake yesterday and it was closer to camp then the one before.
