While out for a walk with the dogs I spotted 2 lady slippers. Lady slippers are a subfamily of orchids. Although there are yellow lady slippers we only have the pink variety. And I don’t always see them year after year.

Despite the cold, rainy day yesterday guests got out fishing and did very well. We may see some unsettled weather again today.
