It was much colder overnight, we woke up to minus 11C but a good wind prevented the lake from freezing. There’s a skim of ice just out from the shore line but the middle of the lake is still open. Temperatures won’t get above freezing so it won’t be long now till the we have ice. There still isn’t much snow in the forecast until next week. So if there is more outside work to be done now will be the time to do it.
