Every once and a while guests hook on to big walleyes, take a picture and release them so they can reproduce and keep the fisheries healthy.

Today is the official first day of summer, temperatures are heating up. It’s already 25C and suppose to get to 31C again this afternoon. There is rain in the forecast for this weekend and we certainly do need the rain.

Today is also Indigenous Day. We acknowledge that we are on Treaty 3 Territory, the traditional gathering place of the Anishinaabe Nation.
