We have a family of Pileated Woodpeckers hanging out in one of our red pine trees in our yard. It looks like the fledglings will soon be ready to fly the coop but for now, one of the adults is still busy feeding this trio.
We had a bit of a quiet day yesterday, at least Don didn’t have any portages to do.
