The long and winding road. It was another good day to be out for a walk and it was nice to see the sun as we haven’t seen it for awhile. I think Jasper is also enjoying the sun. You can see we have snowbanks along the road evidence of the amount of snow we have received.
Yesterday’s temperatures reached minus 4C, dropped to minus 15C last night then has warmed to minus 9C this morning, certainly a roller coaster of temperatures.
I was trying to get a picture of the sunset last night, thought I’d take one from the lake but got stopped by the slush. Guess that’s one reason why I haven’t seen the dogs out on the ice lately.
Today’s forecast -Cloudy. Periods of light snow beginning this morning. Wind becoming southwest 20 km/h gusting to 40 this morning then becoming northwest 20 gusting to 40 this afternoon. High minus 5. Wind chill near minus 19.
Tonight Periods of light snow ending early this evening then clearing. Wind northwest 20 km/h gusting to 40 becoming light early this evening. Low minus 25. Wind chill minus 19 in the evening and minus 32 overnight. Risk of frostbite.
