Yesterday afternoon Alex, Jared, Allison and Jayme went fishing. They thought they’d better take advantage of the sunny day as we were in a winter storm warning. Jayme caught this fresh water herring but other than that fishing was slow.
Looks like we have received between 10 and 15cm of snow already and it’s snowing heavily this morning. Road travel is not recommended and we’re happy with that as today will be a relaxing day with a bit of a snow machine ride later on today.

Today’s forecast Snow. Amount 5 to 10 cm. Wind becoming northeast 20 km/h gusting to 40 this afternoon. High minus 2. Wind chill near minus 11.
Tonight Periods of snow ending after midnight then cloudy with 30 percent chance of flurries. Local blowing snow late this evening and after midnight. Amount 2 to 4 cm. Wind north 30 km/h gusting to 50. Low minus 13. Wind chill minus 9 in the evening and minus 22 overnight.
