Nick’s first time bear hunting and he harvested this bear on the first night of his hunt as well. Yesterday he and his dad spent time on the lake fishing for northern and they were very successful. Thunderstorms late afternoon kept guests off the lake, there was some wind and heavy rain for about 20 minutes. Very early this morning we had another storm roll through dropping more rain. As you know we’ve been in need of rain. The leaves are already turning colour, ferns have died off and you can even see the odd leaving falling.
We have a beautiful morning, clear, sunny and calm. Guests are already out on the water anticipating a good day for fishing.
