Don and I spent a day and a half at Sandbeach for a well deserved break, it was so relaxing. We hiked up the cliff by Sandbeach #2 to see the view of the lake. We did a little fishing and caught a few fish but we weren’t there to fish, we were there to do as little as possible.
Conditions in the bush are very dry although this morning is cooler and there has been a few showers. There was a small fire about a mile and half from our Pettit cabin on Sunday. Water bombers were brought in and it continues to be observed.
