Jacob had a little excitement (okay, a lot of excitement) last night when he decided to cast off a dock on Manion. When their family arrived, Jacob’s dad had seen weeds not far from the dock and told the kids that that might be a good spot to cast for fish. So last evening that’s what Jacob decided to do and after his second cast he had the big one, Jacob reeled in this 40 inch northern. Of course, due to the size restrictions on northern pike this one went back for another day but Jacob has the story of a life time.
