On the weekend we purchased a pontoon trailer that will house the old pontoon that was beached all summer. It was so mild on Sunday that when we got home from Thunder Bay Don decided to get the old pontoon onto the trailer. Don used the backhoe to lift the pontoon, backed the trailer underneath then lowered the pontoon onto the trailer- easy-peasy!
Minus 11C though cloudy again this morning with some light snow flurries. The lake has some snow on it so it will be better easier to travel by snow machine on the lake. Don will check traps at his Barber Lake trapline.
