At minus 36C, as the sun rises there’s mist rising off the lake. We’re in an extreme cold warning. Extreme cold warnings are issued when temperatures and/or windchill get down to minus 40C. And it feels cold outside even the dogs aren’t very excited about going outside.
Yesterday we had a very windy day and the wind blew snow out of the trees and all around. Hopefully in this photo you can see the drifts of snow that have been created. That’s going to make for a rough ride and Don now has to break trail again.
