I finally got out fishing yesterday and I caught this walleye that had a lot of cysts on it so we threw it back. It was slow fishing but we did end up having some delicious fishes for dinner. It was also a hot, windy day so it was a challenge to find calm waters. Reports say that trout fishing has been great. We had a brief shower early this morning but not enough to dampen the ground. We continue to be in a restricted fire zone, the bush is extremely dry. There is rain in the forecast.
