What should I bring when staying at Manion Lake?
- Clothing-be prepared for all types of weather
- Rain gear
- Personal items – soap, towel, sunglasses, sunscreen, prescription medication
- Camera
- Insect repellent, mosquito coils
- Flashlight, extra batteries, matches
- Small first aid kit
- Food and refreshments
- Drinking water
- Fishing gear and tackle, filet knife,
- Life jackets are mandatory in the boat, we have them if you are renting a boat
- Passport or other identification to cross the border
- Outdoors card (even if it has expired)
- If you purchased your fishing licence online bring the paper print out.

Regulations state that:
- there must be one life jacket per person per boat
- there must be a safety kit in your boat; the kit is to contain the following: tow rope, whistle, flashlight, bailing can (the bailing can could be your container)
