Despite the cold Allison got Don and I out for a couple of hours fishing and she caught our dinner. Not a big trout but definitely tasty.
We have been in an extreme weather alert for the past week, looks like we will have one more extreme cold night and then temperatures will begin to get warmer. Minus 37C this morning, we’re almost getting used to the cold. We actually get excited when it warms to above minus 20C.

The lockdown has been lifted in our region and we can now be open for Canadian residents however, the US-Canada border remains closed.
